(20 April 2010, Bridgeport, CT)   Rotair is happy to announce a 5 year Army contract valued in excess of twenty million dollars. The item is a critical part of the hydraulic control system on the H60 series Blackhawk helicopter. The typical lead time for an item of this complexity is a one year minimum, but Rotair, which specializes in rapid response to its customer’s demands, will move quickly to start shipping this item within the next few months.  Rotair’s President, Wes Harrington, said it’s the expertise and years of experience of all Rotair’s employees working together to achieve these successes, “From sales, engineering, production, to quality control; they all played an important role in obtaining this contract.”
